hotel in the center of Stavanger. In

addition to the 11 rooms, it is home to the

two star Michelin restaurant Re-Naa. The

building from 1937 is a great example of

Norwegian functionalism

OPUS XVI, BERGEN

Opus XVI is a luxury boutique hotel with

65 rooms in the center of Bergen. The

hotel is a homage to Norwegian

Composer Edvard Grieg and is

managed by one of his decendants. It is

mentioned as one of the best hotels in

Norway at the moment.

THE THIEF, OSLO

Voted the best hotel in Northern

Europe by Conde Nast Travellers'

readers, The Thief is Oslo's luxury design

hotel at Tjuvholmen. A great location

right next to the Astrup Fearnley

Museum, The Thief has probably the

most exclusive spa in Norway, a nice

restaurant and bar. The hotel is done in

a dark colour scheme by designer

Anemone Wille Våge.
