Norway is an expensive country for shopping, but during the last years the prices has been
more competitable due to low currency. Luxury watches and design stores have experience
a rush of customers from different parts of the world who find the prices very satisfying.
The best shopping is in the largest cities with Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, Tromsø, Stavanger
and Krisitansand as examples. Here you will find design boutiques, speciality stores and
shopping malls. In the largest ski resorts, you wil find a wide selection of sport equipment
stores and designer boutiques. And of course you will find Norwegian souvenir shops all
over the country, some of them rather impressive, like the huge tourist shopping mall in
Flåm.
